Please note we are hosting a formal celebration! We kindly ask that guests wear a suit and tie or dress pants and dress shirt. For our cowboys out there, please wear your formal cowboy attire (please refrain from light blue denim or casual attire). For the ladies, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress is preferred. We want to see you go all out! Yes, there will be shuttles. Please see the "shuttles" tab at the top of the page to view a detailed shuttle schedule.

We have listed two host hotels located in Okotoks for our primary accommodation options. Hotel details are listed under the "travel" tab. Guests are welcome to stay wherever they choose, however these two host hotels will be the only locations to coordinate with the shuttles.

There is parking! We can't wait to celebrate with everyone, but also want to make sure everyone gets home safe. Feel free to leave your vehicle overnight and catch the shuttle home.

There is no camping available on the property. If you would like to camp, there is a campsite located a short distance from the property. Details are under the "travel" tab above.

While we love your little ones, this is an adult only celebration.

We have a detailed timeline located on the "home" tab above. We suggest arriving between 2:30 - 2:50 to ensure everyone has enough time to get situated. Please aim to arrive no earlier than 2:30 p.m. as the wedding party will be taking photos on the grounds.

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a cash contribution towards our honeymoon.
